Self
The part of the cycle nobody assigns to you — how you run yourself before you try to run anything else.
Every other area on this site — including Leading and Managing under Leadership, and Strategic Planning under Organization — assumes you've already got a handle on running yourself. This is that handle. Reflection feeds Planning, and Planning feeds Focus and Time Management.
Plan
Decide what you're actually aiming for before the day decides for you. Set your direction and define what success looks like before you start.
Do
Turn the plan into a system you can actually run — protecting your attention, your calendar, and your habits so it survives a bad day, not just a good one. Execute with intention. Notice what is actually happening, not what you assumed would happen.
Reflect
Stop and look at what actually happened, then feed it back into the next plan. Pause and ask what worked, what did not, and what to change next time around.
PDR Agent
Doesn't belong to Plan, Do, or Reflect alone — it runs alongside all three, turning the rest of this page into a daily practice instead of something you only read.
